What is The Market of Possibilities?

The Markets of Possibilities are organized all over Finland and bring together organizations, representatives, civil activists and people, who are interested in getting to know the local range of organizations and people, who want to move further global equality and active citizenship. The range of participants varies from local departments of international organizations to local networks or groups of civil activists. All the participants share the wish to create a fairer and more sustainable world for everyone. The aim of the Market of Possibilities is to encourage individuals as well as other social associations to act on behalf of global responsibility and actions for a fairer world. The Markets of Possibilities are areas free of discrimination. The aim is a world, where nobody is discriminated against because of age, origin, citizenship, language, religion, belief, opinion, political activity, triad union activity, family relationships, health condition, disability, sexual orientation or because of any other reason.
